In this Museum one can get to know the history of the factory and the community, in which it is inserted, observing the development of the canning process and its phases.
Here we learn how the specific characteristics of Murtosa and the Ria gave rise to this factory, how its workers operated, and about the complete canning process from the arrival of the fish to the expedition of the canned product.
This is an innovative, multidisciplinary museum in which Murtosa, the Ria (estuary), the sea, work, industry, advertising and gastronomy coexist and interact.
